The Hive’s loyalty points are known as Pollen Points, and you’ll earn them on each and every purchase you make -- including any auto-replenish orders. You’ll also have the opportunity to earn extra bonus points on special offer days and by completing missions.
What rewards will I receive as a member of The Hive?
The Hive is the rewarding way to shop with Mānuka Health. Members will earn Pollen Points for each purchase, and will enjoy the benefits of double points days – along with access to exclusive gifts and events. See our programme for full details.
How long do my Pollen Points last?
Unspent Pollen Points will remain on your account for 12 months from purchase. Check your Pollen Points Balance History under your account to discover when your points are due to expire.
Do I have to pay to become a member of The Hive?
No, there is no charge attached to our loyalty programme.
How can I track my Pollen Points balance?
Your latest balance will be displayed on your account dashboard, which you can access by signing in to manukahealth.com. We’ll also send you regular email updates so you can keep on top of your balance.
What happens if I return a product or if my order is cancelled?
Your Pollen Points balance will be updated accordingly, and we’ll send you an email to let you know the change has occurred.
Do I have to shop with Mānuka Health directly to earn and redeem Pollen Points?
In the future we hope to extend the Pollen Points programme to our distributors, but this feature isn’t currently active. Right now, the only place you can earn and redeem Pollen Points is through direct purchases at manukahealth.com
How do I refer-a-friend?
Sign-in to manukahealth.com and head to your account. When you arrive, visit the section ‘Pollen Points’. Here you’ll see an option to ‘Invite Friends’. Click the link, add your friend’s details to the online form, and submit.

Can I return free products or samples I received as part of The Hive, or exchange them for cash?
No. Any free products or samples you receive as part of The Hive are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

By becoming a member of The Hive, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Program Terms and Conditions and by the terms of our Privacy Policy, and any changes or modifications we may make.
